Staff Awards 2015

After our visit to Coleg Sir Gar, we learnt that they were rewarding staff each year with a staff awards. We decided that 2015 would be the year of our first staff awards. At the end of a very long week, that began with #ReadTL15, we held nominations and then voting followed by the awards ceremony. Here are the nominees and winners:

Thanks to all staff for celebrating one another’s successes one last time (we do this normally via a ‘Pass It On Friday’ every week) on a Friday this academic year.

New Member of Staff of the Year Award- Federica Barrella- Marketing (she was taking the pictures so it had to be a selfie!)

Outstanding Teaching Innovation of the year award went to Angela Buckingham, ESOL. She was unable to be at the awards.

Outstanding Technology Innovation of the Year Award- James Kieft

_DSC1904Outstanding Leader of the Year Award- Jacky Crick- Head of Learning for Hospitality, Hair, Beauty, Travel & Tourism, Performing Arts, Music and Media.
